You enter the residence through a locked gate, you pass through the very recently landscaped garden, after which you enter the closed hall of the building. Via the once again closed entrance to the building, you go with an elevator to the 3rd floor. When you step out of the elevator you will see a spacious and light common hall where the front doors of the apartments are located.

You enter the apartment through the front door and through a nice entrance, with 2 very spacious closets for lots of extra storage space, to the hall which gives access to the living room, the 2 bedrooms and the bathrooms.

The living room is spacious and, because of the large sliding doors, very light. The sliding doors give direct access to the spacious terrace on which you look over the beautiful gardens and swimming pools. The combination of the beautiful gardens, the sliding doors and the wooden shutters on the outside of the windows give you an extra subtropical feeling.

The half open L shaped kitchen is practically furnished with various built-in appliances. Through the kitchen you reach the utility room with space for the washing machine and possibly other cleaning attributes.
