We will assist you in obtaining a NIE number. (Social and Tax ID in Spain) and opening a bank account that you will need to transfer the payments and debit all invoices inherent to your property.
For your convenience, you can provide a legal mandate to our lawyer by means of a notarial deed. This mandate will authorize the lawyer to the legal control the buying entire transaction saving you a lot of worries. He will check everything carefully to ensure that there are no prior taxes or debts due on your property. Moreover, he can represent you at the notary being responsible for the transfer of the title deeds and the entry go the property in the official registers. By this mandate you can authorise the lawyer to realize the purchase process in your name without having to be physically present for any formality.
After the signature, the lawyer will leave the property in the "Catastro"register and will record the deed (escritura).and you will receive your title deed.
After purchasing the property, we can assist you to arrange the organization of the necessary standing orders through the lawyer (insurance, accommodation, water, electricity, community actual costs) and to ensure tax representation (payment of the SUMA (tax on property) and RENTA (tax for non-residents).
